I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which offered luxurious accommodations and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The staff went above and beyond to assist us during a medical emergency, showing exceptional empathy and professionalism. However, I did have some trouble with the AC in my room, which required opening the windows to cool down. Overall, it was a remarkable experience, though improvements in room control could enhance it even further.
